Harmful Sexual Behaviour & ERASE
This course explores of the differences between healthy sexual behaviours and those which are of concern to raise awareness and build your confidence with responding appropriately.
We will be introducing you to the new ERASE Tool which will guide you through the areas of potential concern around sexual behaviours and inform your decision making about next steps under the specific circumstances.
The course will be delivered IN-PERSON by experts who specialise in this area of practice across Cheshire East.
They will help you to:
- Gain a clear understanding of which behaviours are healthy and which are of concern.
- Feel confident in responding immediately to incidents of sexualised behaviour.
- Be able to accurately record and detail any incidents.
- Better be able to manage the risks of sexualised behaviour by implementing safety plans.
